Weekly Classes

Chair Yoga is a supportive, accessible practice that blends seated and standing movement using a chair and wall for stability. You’ll work on balance, hip strength, upper body strength, core support, and mental clarity — without overdoing it or risking injury.

It’s an excellent option if you want to:

* Build strength and balance in a steady, supported way
* Feel more confident moving through daily activities
* Reduce tension and calm the nervous system
* Practice without needing to get down on the floor

Mondays
Chair Yoga

11:15 – 12:15 pm
In-person + Livestream

In this beginner friendly class, we focus on helping your body and brain work together more smoothly.

We’ll move at a supportive pace, giving your body time to respond and your mind time to stay engaged—so movement feels more connected, not rushed.

This class is ideal if you want to:

  • Improve coordination and balance
  • Feel more steady and connected in your movement
  • Build strength in a way that supports your brain and body
  • Move with focus, without pressure

Thursdays

Brain + Body Flow

Intermediate Flow

5:30 - 6:30 pm

4:00 - 5:00 pm

This class is for students who know their practice well enough to set healthy parameters for intensity.

The pace is more continuous, and students are encouraged to self-modulate — choosing when to challenge themselves and when to ease back.

Best for those who:

* Have an established yoga practice
* Understand their body’s limits and cues
* Enjoy a stronger, more flowing class
* Want room to explore intensity safely

This is a slowed-down flow practice for anyone who enjoys moving with the breath but benefits from taking their time.

If you can kneel, get to and from the floor with a fair amount of ease, and want to improve balance and core strength, this class offers a steady, supportive flow that emphasizes control, awareness, and connection.

A good fit if you:

* Like flow but don’t want to rush
* Want to build balance and core strength
* Appreciate clear pacing and options
* Want to feel both grounded and energized
