You’ll find 3 short practices below designed to support your brain and body through movement and breath. There’s no schedule to follow and nothing to “complete.” Choose the practice that feels most supportive today, repeat it as often as you like, and notice how your body responds.

Support Your Brain + Body: 3 Short Practices

A simple way for women 45+ to experience how movement and breath can support the brain and body — without pushing or starting over.

Practice 1: Calm & Clarity (5 min)

A short breath-focused practice to help settle your nervous system and clear mental fog.

Practice 2: Support & Stability (13 min)

A practice focused on core and posture to help you feel more centered and strong in your body.

Practice 3: Full Body Flow (11 min)

A gentle, whole-body movement practice designed to help everything work together more smoothly.

This work is built on the belief that support — not pressure — is what allows real change to last.

There’s no right way to experience these practices. You’re encouraged to notice what felt supportive, return to what helped, and leave the rest.

Listening to your body is part of the process.

My journey began the moment I said no to being dismissed and told that there was nothing I could do about my health concerns. I knew there had to be a better way to feel empowered and strong, and I was determined to find it. Diagnosed with hypothyroidism in 2011, I dove into research to discover what changes I could make to help myself. It was overwhelming and there were moments of feeling stuck, but I kept going. I learned the power of small, consistent actions and the belief that we can make a difference.

I understand the frustration and doubt many women feel because I've been there myself. My inspiring grandma was always determined to stay strong and active into her 90s. She was diagnosed with dementia and, as it worsened, there was a feeling of hopelessness. This led me to dig deeper into what we can do to support brain health.

I’ve learned that we ALWAYS have choices and can take control of our well-being.
