Do you struggle to move your body throughout the day? If you do, you’re not alone. It can be challenging to stop what you’re doing to move your body, especially when you’re busy. It might feel like one more thing to fit into your packed schedule.

Your body is made to move so finding a way to do that, in small increments, matters.

Moving your body

  1. Clears your thinking and sharpens your mind

  2. Increases circulation

  3. Gives you more energy

  4. Helps you sleep better

  5. Helps strengthen your muscles and bones

  6. Can reduce pain

  7. Can improve your mood

There are lots of benefits to moving your body regularly. But I get it, it’s not easy to set aside a lot of time to move.

That’s why I created a 15-minute practice that moves your body and breath.

In the video, I’ll show you how to

  • become aware of your breath

  • open your chest

  • warm your core

  • strengthen your arms and shoulders

  • perhaps most importantly, get centered
